Via a synergy of disciplines, the Drishti approach seeks to respond as fully and comprehensively to issues today. Whether that is:

  • helping your organization be more effective in a complex global context,
  • working with social change agents to connect with their purpose and re-fresh their toolbox, or
  • engaging with communities to foster sustainable development
...we see that any of these initiatives require as comprehensive an approach as possible.

Integral Theory provides a framework for the quality of comprehensive synthesis we see is critical for today's context. The framework is simple yet complete in how it includes the interior and exterior of individuals and collectives. In other words, the individual's interior (self/experience), and the individuals' exterior (physiology/behavior). As well as, the collective interior (culture) and collective exterior (systems). This covers four domains that have so far been found to be irreducible, and thus important to include.
