This question provoked us to carry out a year-long research project in Peru, designing an Integral Monitoring and Evaluation. We have since helped other civil society organizations to design and implement integral monitoring and evaluation in their projects. This includes a seven-step process, drawing on mixed-methods and developing capacity for utilizing those methodologies to assess change in all quadrants.
