We envision people with different perspectives contributing to meaningful change by uniting insight with action. We believe that the integral framework is uniquely able to help us accomplish this vision. Our mission is to develop the capacity and consciousness of social change practitioners, organizations, and communities, both locally and internationally, to respond to the complexity of current issues with greater depth, flow and effectiveness. We do this using innovative processes and practices in relation to an integral framework.

Drishti is the foundation of a community that is turning outward to the world, committed to something much bigger than their circle alone, while also consisting of individuals who are looking inward, to work with their own self-awareness.
